• Mr SM
• 44-year-old Indian male
• Neck pain associated with severe pain radiating down his left arm
• Associated with weakness in grip
• MRI showed prolapse of disc pressing on the spinal cord

Procedure

• Anterior discectomy and cervical fusion was performed.
• The diseased disc was excised and an interbody cage inserted.
• The segment is secured with a titanium plate.
