• Mdm SMY
• 40-year-old Chinese female
• Chronic low back pain associated with bilateral leg pain
• Unable to work as a production operator
• X ray showed spondylolytic spondylolisthesis (unstable spine segment)
• MRI showed the degenerated disc at the affected segment

Procedure

• Posterior lumbar interbody fusion was done.
• The disc was removed and interbody cages are inserted.
• The segment is stabilized with posterior screws and rod system.
